• Your documents and queries are sent to AI providers (such as AWS Bedrock) to generate responses.
• Your data is never used to train AI models. We have opted out of any data-for-training programs.
• AI-generated responses are based solely on your uploaded documents.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (AWS, Anthropic) to host and process data. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

• Embeddings (vector representations) are deleted immediately
