What counts as a query?
A query is any chat or search request made through the web interface, API, or embedded widget. Document uploads and administrative actions are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
On paid plans, you can continue using IntelliRepo beyond your included limits. Additional queries are billed at $0.05 each, and extra storage at $5 per 10 GB. You'll receive alerts at 80% and 90% usage so there are no surprises. Starter plan users must upgrade to continue beyond limits.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly. You pay for 12 months upfront and receive the discounted rate. Your included query and storage limits remain the same each month. Overages are billed at the end of each month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What file types are supported?
We support PDF, Word documents (DOCX), plain text, Markdown, and HTML files. More formats are being added regularly.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Your documents are never used to train AI models.

Yes! All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full Team plan features. No credit card required. You can extend your trial once by 7 days if you need more time. At the end of your trial, you can choose any plan that fits your needs.
